I’ll have my son’s artwork up in my Etsy store by the time I go to bed tonight. He has set his price, including costs for shipping, reimbursing me for supplies and paying me for assisting him in the logistical parts of selling items, plus what he would like to earn. I almost cleaned up the dried acrylic paint left on our table from the art session that created the work above, but then I realized I liked it there. Paint on our table is just proof that he and I are both the artists he believes we are. It’s a daily reminder to me that there is beauty in creating.
